My mom made this recipe for Christmas in 2017.
French Scalloped Potatoes
Slice potatoes and sprinkle them with flour. Set aside.
Heat olive oil. Saute onions and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Whisk in cream, broth and wine. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer. Add herbs, goat cheese and Gruyere. Whisk until melted.
Add flour-coated potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook until thickened.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put mixture in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, and uncovered for another 30 minutes.
