Ingredients
Servings: bundt cake
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs; add sugar and oil. Beat more.
  2. After sifting dry ingredients, add to egg mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  3. Add vanilla and fold in figs and nuts.
  4. Pour into greased oblong pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. OR, pour into greased tube pan or bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for just a little longer.
Recipe Notes

Mom got this recipe on her trip to Ocracoke Island for the fig festival. The cake was a festival winner for years and years.
